I-Connect on Monday 2 October is your chance to:

Healthy Eating - LIVE COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS

Lots of information, tips and recipes on eating well for affordability and wellbeing, including Imperial chefs cooking some specially created recipes for you live! 

Sport Imperial

Sport Imperial are working to deliver sport and physical activity in all its elements and we'll be promoting these through engagement on the day as well as opportunities to reveal our new participation programme: Active Imperial, discover the links and benefits between physical activity and mental health and promoting the club and performance offers we have across all campuses. 

Student Counselling and Mental Health Advice Service

Much like the idea of eating five fruits and vegetables a day , a mindapple is a day-to-day activity that is good for your mind, what’s your 5-a-day? Share them on the tree at the Student Counselling and Mental Health Advice Service stall.

Disability Advisory Service

Don’t forget to visit the Disability Advisory Service stand; as well as boasting a wealth of give-aways and prizes (fidget spinners, highlighters, pens, stress balls and sweets!) you will be able to take part in a game to test your thinking speed, meet the team, and find out more about what we do and how we might help.  Many people are often surprised by what a disability is and how disclosing can be beneficial for more than just the individual.

The Student Space is an online resource with hints, tips and advice about how to stay healthy and happy whilst you are studying.

Student Bloggers

Like to write and fancy yourself as a bit of a social media superstar? Come and find out how you can get paid to put your skills to use as part of our Student Blogs team. Also take to social media to enter our competition and you could win a pair of Snapchat Spectacles, worth over £125! 

President's Ambassadors

Come and find out about the President’s Ambassador scheme, a visible and high profile role which involves representing the College at a number of events on and off campus. This role is ideal for confident undergraduate and postgraduate students who are enjoying their time at university and are enthusiastic about sharing their experience with a varied audience, including potential applicants, parents, teachers and high profile visitors to the College.

Try your luck at the Library’s stall! Meet library staff, find out how we can support you and have a go at answering some library questions. We’ll be giving away lots of free gifts and prizes including Amazon vouchers. 

Security

Come and meet members of Imperial’s security team and gain information about living safely in London. You will receive free crime prevention goodies as well as crime prevention advice to help you maximise your personal safety during your time at Imperial.
