Welcome to the Staff Survey site!

 

Thank you to all staff for taking part in the recent Staff Survey.  The final response rate for the survey was 64% for the College as a whole – 4,935 staff, an increase of 4% from the 2014 Staff Survey. 

The results have been analysed and shared with faculties, departments and colleagues. The Provost, Professor James Stirling, and the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Change, Louise Lindsay, have conducted a campus roadshow to disseminate results to staff and to take questions and feedback.

Action planning has now begun. Each department is responsible for putting together an action plan for their area with a College-wide deadline of October, for plans to be submitted back to the Staff Survey team.

Chemistry with staff matters to Imperial and that’s why we took on board your input from 2014. Your feedback made many improvements possible, such as the introduction of Imperial Perks, more College resources to help staff manage pressure at work, and ‘Have Your Say’ campaigns to take action against discrimination.
