Aa a member of staff, we operate a reward and recognition programme for you called 'Perks at Work'.   We are pleased to be able to give you the oppportunity to extend this programme to up to ten of your family and friends so that they can also enjoy the great discounts and offers available.

How your family and friends can benefit from Perks at Work

They will have access to a wide range of savings that are preferential to anything available on the open market from the likes of Sainsburys, M&S, Debenhams, Expedia, Argos, Aviva and the major cinema chains (Cineworld, Odeon and VUE).  Additionally, for every purchase made, they can receive cashback in the form of “WOWPoints” that can either be spent through Imperial Perks or withdrawn as cash.

Nominating your family and friends for Imperial Perks

It's easy to nominate somebody, all you have to do is login to your Imperial Perks account and within your 'My Account' profile (top right hand side of the Imperial Perks portal) you will see an option to 'invite a friend'.  Once invited, your family member or friend will receive an email from our reward and recognition provider giving them instructions on how the register for Perks at Work and start benefiting from the great discounts and offers.

Issues registering for or logging into Perks at Work

If your nominated family or friends encounter any issues logging into or using Perks at Work details of how to get help  is given on the Perks at Work login screen and again at the top right hand side of the discount page once they have logged in. Unfortunately, Imperial College London is unable to help directly with any issues of this kind.

If you wish to login to Perks at Work, please do so from the Your Benefits webpage.  You cannot login from here as you need to use your College user name and password.
